I have decided recently that I have had enough of putting tons of toxic substances into my body.

It all started with starting to eat more of an organic, vegetarian diet.  I try not to buy anything that has ingredients I can’t pronounce, for example.  Anything artificial is a no-go.

Another thing I decided to do was to stop taking some of my medications.  As a type 1 diabetic, obviously there are some things — such as my insulin — that I can’t quit, but I decided that my cholesterol medicine had to go.  Instead, I am eating better, trying to be more active, and drinking eight ounces of grapefruit juice every day (which has been proven to lower cholesterol naturally).  And guess what?  It has worked!

Another thing I am cutting out is my allergy and pain medication.  There are plenty of methods of natural pain relief, such as magnetic therapy, that don’t require the use of potentially harmful and addictive substances.  Magnets and medicine have even been proven in studies to be beneficial.

I feel much better physically and mentally now that I am taking less medications, and it seems to be a success because it is working.  I highly recommend the “my body is a temple” approach to anyone who is concerned about poisoning their body!

Of course, sometimes the best vacations are ones that take “the road less traveled.”  Wherever you decide to go, don’t forget that the point of a vacation is to enjoy yourself!

My uncle is a university professor specializing in South American pre-Spanish history.  He travels a lot for research and seminars.

I consider myself lucky to be his favorite nephew because sometimes I get to travel with him as an assistant.  One time when he did a research in Peru he tagged me along and it was a blast.

This year, he mentioned in passing that he will be doing a research in Mexico.  I hinted that he could use me again as his assistant. 

I have long wanted to visit Mexico but I just don’t have enough financial means.  I looked online about Mexico vacations and I got more enthused about going there.

One of my friends will be going to Mexico next year and found a good deal from among the many all inclusive vacations to Mexico she looked up online.  She said tourism is very big in Mexico so getting a good deal could be competitive.

Now, I have an idea.  If my uncle does not bring me along as his assistant, I can schedule my holiday on the days he will be staying there.  That way, I may be able to save money by sharing his room.  And I can convince him to book a car rental on vacation so I can also save money on my road trips.

While for some individuals racing cars is just something fun to do in their spare time, however other individuals see racing nitro RC cars as a passion and a way of life. I am trained with most types of security but am considering getting a better level of degree. I want to have as many skills as possible to help my business to keep me around. In the current times, there are so many people losing jobs that it just has to be this way. I have to be very valuable to my business. So, I am considering CISSP online training course options. Should I go with this type of education? I am not sure that it is the right one for me, since there are so many different programs out there and I’m not sure an online course will provide me with the education that I need.

I have found that there are some great ethical hacker training programs available. These are interesting because they would complement the other educational elements I have right now. They would add a better level of value to my company and I would be very happy learning something like this. I wonder if these online programs can provide me with the education that I need? If so, I can definitely do well in this industry and I am sure that I will find value in having this type of training as well. Being a certified ethical hacker makes sense.
